Because of the sacred and bespoke nature of our creations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged in transit.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will assess your claim and may offer a repair, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.

To preserve the ritual purity and energetic integrity of our work, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom or personalized orders

Ritual-activated or energetically charged pieces

Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)

We create with purpose — and trust you are guided to the piece meant for your current cycle. If you ever feel misaligned with a DaTú item, please reach out. While we do not offer refunds, we are always open to energy-centered solutions.
